Cub Scouting is a volunteer organization and everything a Pack does is dependent on its members, primarily the parents. In fact, the parents are what make up the leadership as well as the many Pack support functions. Without the parent volunteer, and of course the Scouts, there wouldn’t be a Pack. In other words, the success of the Pack is dependent on the parents.
